As an artist in residence at Frise Kunstlerhaus Hamburg in exchange with Hyde Park Art Center, I spent the month of June 2018 in Hamburg, Germany facilitating various workshops throughout the city, working at Werkhaus Münzviertel, Ziemlich Schone Aussichten, and with Rap!Fugees. Working with unhoused men, immigrants and refugees, together we explored through making banners and performing amongst protest banners, what rights are given and restricted to immigrants and refugees and immigrants in Germany, and how it relates to a global attitude toward "others".
