A project of CUTE RAGE PRESS: a collaboration between Aram Han Sifuentes and Ishita Dharap

Sadly, as People of Color we encounter discrimination every day. It’s exhausting. And when it happens, we are often questioning ourselves, thinking: Did that just happen? Am I being too sensitive? Am I reading too much into this? And when we can identify that it is discrimination and we speak to it, we’re often questioned and others often don’t believe us or brush us off, calling us too sensitive or angry. And the burden falls on us to prove that we are being discriminated against.

So this book is here for you to take detailed logs of your everyday aggressions so that you can show off your receipts – proof.
These logs/book is ideal for working professionals, students, and anyone who feels the annoying twinges of racism on a daily basis. You can use this log in case you decide to file (a) complaint(s).

This log is for incidents of overt and subtle:
- Discrimination
- Micro-aggression
- Racism

These can all be perpetrated by an individual, group, and be committed on a systemic level.
